About Nichelle

Rev. Evg. Nichelle L. Early is a well-groomed servant called to minister the good tidings of Jesus Christ. As the Lord has allowed her to serve faithfully in evangelistic ministry for over 28 years, God has allowed Nichelle to harvest countless souls into the Kingdom of God.

Nichelle is the Founder and CEO of BreakForth Ministries and Consulting, Inc., the 501(c)(3) parent organization of her evangelistic ministry (nichelleearly.com). She is also the President and CEO of BreakForth Solutions, Inc., a for-profit IT and Professional Services organization; the Managing Principal of Civileon Research and Technology, LLC serving federal and commercial sectors; and the CEO of Aligned Authority Group, LLC, her speaking and leadership development company. She is also the Founder and Editor of PreachingWoman.com. Through each of these assignments, God has gifted Nichelle with a rare ability to unite ministry and the marketplace for His glory.

With an undeniable prophetic anointing, Nichelle ministers a timely, relevant, and seasoned word that strengthens faith, restores hope, and calls people into alignment with God’s purpose. The reach of her ministry, both itinerant and local, has crossed denominational and cultural lines, allowing her the privilege of impacting thousands through diverse platforms, including appearances on TBN, The Word Network, The IMPACT Network, and other media outlets.

Licensed and ordained, Nichelle serves under the spiritual leadership of Dr. J. Julian Dangerfield, Sr. Pastor of Heritage Fellowship Church, Reston, VA, where she serves as the Associate Pastor of Ministry, Worship and Creative Arts. Her heart and focus remain clear: to train and equip people to believe God, live victoriously in Christ Jesus, and walk boldly in the authority, identity, and destiny secured through His finished work.

Nichelle resides in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, advancing the Kingdom with a deep conviction that ministry is about people. Her life’s assignment is simple and unwavering: to see God’s people “Break Forth” victoriously in every area of their lives.
