The following specifications are for your consideration.
Audio/Visual
Although not mandatory, Nichelle prefers to utilize a wireless microphone while speaking. Please have audio techs on hand in the case that the microphone tone quality needs to be adjusted to preserve Nichelle's voice.
Audiovisual/Video Recordings
Please ensure that copies of the DVD/CD masters are provided before Nichelle departs or that other arrangements are made to receive the ministry DVD/CD within 5 business days of the event's conclusion. Nichelle reserves the right to own all rights to her name, image, messages, singing, and likeness.
Musicians
If you are hosting a music related function, or one that will require Nichelle to sing or minister, please let us know in advance if you will not have a seasoned musician on hand to support Nichelle.
Travel Arrangements
It is requested that your ministry or company please arrange, purchase and confirm all plane tickets, hotel rooms, and any other travel expenses 30 days in advance of scheduled ministry or event date.
Airport
Nichelle prefers Washington-Dulles International Airport (IAD) as her departure and return airport.
